Single Out Now: Back in Ireland after nearly 27 years,
the big news for us is that Kim has released her first single, Girls
Night Out, on the Sunset label.
The single CD includes two other tracks, You Needed
Me and I Honestly Love You.
Work has also started on a new CD to be released to
coincide with Kim's tour and a planned launch in
Summer, 2011.
After
playing her last Irish date in the Baymount Entertainment Centre in
Strandhill, Co. Sligo in September, 1983, Kim moved to the
United States where in the intervening years she raised a family,
earned a Master's Degree in Education and taught fifth grade at Irmo
Elementary School.
During her years in the States, she also kept a hand
in entertainment, appearing in shows in the Town Theatre, the oldest community theatre in the United States as well as regular
involvement in children's entertainment in South Carolina.
